Fostering

When we lived in St. Albans we looked after a lovely Leonberger called Megan for 3 months whilst her owners were abroad. Since we have been here we have become a foster home for Wood Green Animal Shelter, and have had some interesting guests. The first being a Standard Poodle called Harry, a nice dog, but not for me. Then came Spot (we changed her name to Poppy), she was a Jack Russell cross, who was heavily in whelp and soon gave birth to 8 puppies who stayed for 6 weeks. We also had 2 cats, who stayed for nearly 6 months. We have also looked after a Shetland pony for a friend, but he had to go as he kept biting my bum!
